What is Isolation Network

ISONET is a next‑generation decentralized mixnet privacy protocol designed to eliminate metadata leakage, prevent surveillance, and enable fully anonymous digital communication.

Built on a multi-hop Sphinx-based architecture, ISONET protects:

  • IP addresses

  • timing metadata

  • destination and origin traces

  • packet size information

  • behavioral signatures

  • identity fingerprints

  • application-level metadata

ISONET operates as a global privacy mesh, secured by thousands of independent staked nodes, each performing cryptographic mixing, packet delays, and onion-layer decryption to ensure unlinkability.

This document provides the full technical, economic, and operational overview of the ISONET protocol.
